A CLUB, NOT A COURSE

Learning S.T.E.M subjects isn’t achieved in a day and is more akin to learning an instrument or a sport. Kids Robotech Club provides kids new challenges and projects that will develop their skills and knowledge.

SELF-PACED TRAINING

At our club no one is rushed through a fixed set of instructions and left behind. Kids Robotech  Club provides an environment where kids are able to work together on projects with their peers, or achieve as individuals.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

There is no shortcut for coding. As kids complete achievements, they are rewarded by their accomplishments. Each level allows new and harder challenges to support their growth.

ACHIEVE MASTERY

By completing our growing number of training modules kids can become masters of code to create amazing apps, website or even electronics. It may take one year to develop into an expert coder or it may take three years – where does your child want to take it?

These Robotic programs enhances STEM education using LEGO robot building and visual programming. Children learn robotics and programming in 4 fun steps: 

*LEARN the working principles of the robot and the inspiration behind it. 

*BUILD a cool robot with LEGO bricks and explore its design.

*CODE using intuitive, easy-to-use visual programming languages.

*PLAY and have fun with a great robot model they built themselves!  

ROBOTICS & ENGINEERING

Star WeDo is a unique lesson plan that takes us into outer space. Constructing and then programming futuristic robot models is a great introduction to physics and astronomy. To further spark young imaginations, some robots resemble those seen in science fiction movies.

Discovery NXT gives students an insight into solutions for modern factories and industries. While building and programming 12 intricately designed robot models, students learn how maths, physics and extraordinary machines can bring exciting goals within reach.

Learn to incorporate logic and sensors as you build robots that move, sense and react to the environment. Like its WeDo counterpart, the CityCAMP NXT lesson plan is designed around robots and modern urban technology. Building and programming models will inspire young engineers to dream up ideas that could improve life in a modern city.

Kids Robotech Club

is an after-school, weekend and holiday club where kids come together to train to be creators of technology.

Multiple Subjects

Our year round STEM program combines multiple disciplines that engage students as they explore and create.This program allows children to master multiple components of STEM in our club environment ,during after school ,

which inspires creativity and fun.

Each of the  kids will be exposed to all this tecnology programs over the course of our 30 weeks period.

Our beginner level robotics is based on an award winning program that teaches the fundamentals of building and programming robotics. This program is designed so that keen young engineers of the future can learn about new technologies and robots that could improve life in a modern city. To see the solutions in action, children build and program robots.

Think. Create. Build. Amaze. VEX! Using VEX Robotics kits, students will learn to build and program robots. The project-based program instills proper engineering practices from an early age, while maintaining the fun and excitement that comes from playing with VEX IQ. Working in teams, students will use the structural elements and mechanisms to create fully functioning, remote-controlled robots. Both head-to-head and team based challenges add thrills and fun to an already exciting class.

Building & Flying Mini Drones

Children will be learning to build,fly, crash and rebuild mini drones out of Lego pieces and also by 3D printing pieces.An experience that’s not only fun,hands on but also highly flexible; no matter their level of expertise. They will learn to modify and create their own design using the 3D printer besides learning all the funtions of the                            electronic components

                         that make the done                                fly.There's nothing like                             the thrill of seeing what                           you made,take to the                             skies. 

MINECRAFT PROGRAMS

3D PPRINTING AND MINDCRAFT

Students get the amazing experience of 3DPrinting.They get to master design techniques in one of the most amazing gaming platforms ever created, MINECRAFT.  Each day they are presented with a creative mod challenge that introduces new building techniques as teams work to create masterpieces.  Each student gets to create one model that will be printed on our 3D printer.

INTRO TO MINECRAFT MOD DESIGN:
Mod Design teaches students how to build their own Mods in Minecraft by using Blocky. It is a great way to learn deep computer science concepts like if-statements, loops, Data types, Boolean logic, object-oriented programming, event-driven programming and more. In this course, students engage in individual exercises, collaborative projects and  test them in a Minecraft simulated world.Blocks are every bit as powerful as JavaScript, but easier to use.​

ADVANCED CODING & MODING IN MINECRAFT:
Real code has a steep initial learning curve to get started.In order to inspire a young coder to progress, we believe you have to capture their imagination and creativity. We do this by focusing on helping them create things they find relevant and engaging. Projects that gives them a sense of achievement and make them wonder 'what else could I do with this?'
The learning curve of text-based coding is too steep to give young coders that early engagement. Coding hurdles like getting precise formatting and syntax are almost impossible to overcome if you're not interested and engaged with programming.Our code editor starts with draggable 'chunks' of real code that allows young coders to experience programming as a creative pursuit rather than something daunting and complex. It allows them build something they can really engage with in a matter of minutes.

LEARN JAVA & CREATE  MINECRAFT SERVER:

Students expand their Minecraft coding skills while learning one of the world's most popular programming languages!

They will learn Javascript syntax and open up new modding capabilities. This is a challenging class for kids who are ready to learn a more complex language. They will learn to set up their own servers and learn the basics of Windows' command line interface. And it’s not just server access; it’s a server that each student can mod for interactive gaming. 

A Minecraft account is required (PC/Mac version, available on Minecraft.net).

BUILD COMPUTERS, HD SCREEN & LEARN PROGRAMMING WITH RASPBERRY PI AND ARDUINO

INSPIRING THE INVENTORS OF TOMORROW  ( RASPBERRY PI )

Kids explore how to build their own computer and learn the basics of computing devices using PiperCraft, a computer kit for exploring electronics and engineering.Kids will follow an adventure game map to assemble the electronics, solve in-game puzzles and challenges in a MINECRAFT world.The Piper Kit is a really cool toolbox based on Raspberry Pi (hardware) and a Minecraft Mod (software) with several levels  based on a story. In each level there is a challenge that requires a physical build on the components provided, including motion detectors, a proximity sensor with an LED strip, switches to control bridges and hidden doors, and more.In this class, students work in teams to build the computer and solve the electronics challenges together. Students will also have the opportunity to explore Scratch and Python programming with the Raspberry Pi and other peripherals.

INSPIRING THE INVENTORS OF TOMORROW  2   ( RASPBERRY PI 2 )

Building a wild structure in Minecraft is great for kids’ creativity. But we take learning a step further by having them construct the computer on which they can play the popular sandbox game. With a Raspberry Pi 2 microcomputer at its heart, Kano helps kids understand the ins-and-outs of computer circuitry, getting them on their way to an education in coding.The kit’s open source nature lets little ones wander without borders, and peripherals like speakers and Wi-Fi dongles can let them gradually add capabilities to the system.

How do screens really work?.Kids will learn to piece together to find out how screens work by making one.Will learn how to wire, plug and hack an HD screen.They will learn about  all the pieces that make a screen: plug buttons, boards, cables, and cards.

BEGINER'S ARDUINO PROGRAMMING & PROJECTS

Arduino kits are a modern take on the electronics kits that many of us fiddled with as children. However, Arduino takes it a step further by using a microprocessor that can be programmed with simple “sketches” uploaded to the component. The programmer writes these  “sketches”, or programs,  by using and manipulating pre-written, open-source code.Kids will learn to programme Arduino through various fun projects. Building Arduino devices and robots encourages creative maker skills in young engineers, as well as basic electronics and programming. Arduino programming is relatively simple and generally easily grasped by a young, tech-savvy generation. The results are fun, programmable devices that kids  love to play with.

GAME DESIGN & APP DESIGN

INTRO TO GAME DESIGN:​
If you think playing computer games is fun, think what a blast learning to program your own games will be. Your imagination is the limit as you use GameStarMechanic software to create maze, strategy, and a variety of other types of games. You’ll learn to design video games and about creating sprites, objects, events and actions. Using drag and drop programming, you’ll be creating exciting, professional looking games you can play with your friends. 

INTRO TO SCRATCH PROGRAMMING:

Students use Scratch programming to design and create their own games, animations and interactive projects. Scratch is the wildly popular ­educational programming language used by ­kids in classrooms and homes worldwide. By dragging ­together colorful blocks of code, kids can learn computer programming concepts and make cool games and animations. Scratch, a graphical interface for the language Python, was developed by MIT and brings an intuitive environment for kids to create. No programming experience is required.

INTRO TO APP DESIGN:

Students design and program their own app! Over the course of the classes, students are introduced to the development process as they conceptualize, design, and code their very own app. Students will work to program the if-then statements that control how their app works. They will also learn how to design and create all the assets for their project. They don’t need to be familiar with programming or design to succeed in this camp. This will be a great introduction to the world of app design and development.

3D MODELING & 3D PRINTING 

INTRO TO 3D DESIGN & 3D PRINTING:​
This introductory course makes the world of 3D printing — what once felt like the stuff of science-fiction — accessible to younger learners, while providing a foundation in critical technology and engineering skills. Now, children everywhere can learn to conceptualize, design and print in 3D! Students will learn how to model, sculpt, texture, and print 3D Models. They will spend time learning Tinkercad and Sketchup as they hone their creative abilities. The only limitation is imagination. 

3D MODELING & INTRO TO 3D PRINTING:

This course will introduce kids to 3D modeling and basic of 3D printing. Students learn how to create their own designs and export them for 3D printing. In the process, they become fluent in 2D and 3D shapes, colors, coordinates, vectors and angles, as well as in set operations with 3D points including unions, intersections, and subtracting objects from each other. They will also learn how to export their models as STL files for 3D printing.No printing involved. 

CREATE YOUR OWN DESIGN & TOYS:

Students design and PRINT their own creation! Over the course of the classes, students are introduced to the development process as they conceptualize, design, and print.They will learn to combine shapes in the computer to design their own toys. Once developed, we’ll print them with a 3D Printer capable of converting a digital file into a tangible object.Our classes are designed for the next generation of creators; boys and girls between 8 and 12, who like to play, imagine, draw and share.
